Raw, real, funny, heartbreaking, or all of the above — submissions are open to anyone living with (or loving someone with) bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, or just a whole lot of big feelings. Keep it under 2,000 words, no hate speech, and please no medical advice or promotional content.

We can’t offer compensation (just a lot of love).
